We can keep the homeless by helping the salvation army by helping them fundraise

If the salvation army agrees with our terms of helping them donate to the homeless

The barrier in this plan is it the salvation army says no then we are on our own.

In order to achieve our goal we need to do fundraising so we can collect money to donate the homeless

First we need to make our own page so people can donate to us or make flyers so they would know what to do

People might not donate enough so in order to overcome that we need of another solution
